Vision Statement
A.  To promote orphans and the disabled, giving them the vocational skills, life-skills
     and indigent family supporting.
 
B.  Research the poor and suffering people (the disabled, orphans, vagabonds living
     with disability and non independence).
 
C.  To provide external educational systems and help technical, vocational skills and life skills training to the poor of Cambodian children and the disabled who are not able to pay the fee for school or failed to attend other educational establishments.
 
D.  To give orphans and the disabled an opportunity to learn vocational skills, sculpture, craft, painting, dancing, music, leather drama to the disabled, orphans and enable them to maintain and protect the national tradition and culture, and protect them from vagrants.
 
E.  To promote the gathering of orphans and the disabled in every single community of the ACODO. All must be educated and taken care of to avoid poverty, loneliness, illiteracy, and child trafficking and drug abuse.
 
F.  To help disclose the convention of the United Nations (UN) children’s rights to the children and to the parents. All levels of competent institutions can encourage them to obey the law enforcement.
 
G.   To reduce poverty and enable individuals / communities to be self sufficient - breaking the poverty cycle.
 
H. To provide external education.
 
I. To offer aid to indigent families whom with too many children, poor and homeless people.
 
J. To provide care, food and shelter orphaned children and poor/street children, vagabonds living in extreme poverty.
 
K. To develop skill training in various vocations including dance, sculpting, weaving, sewing, and many vocational skills.
 
L. To establish sponsorship programme for higher education.
 
M. To provide adequate health care.
 
N. To work with poor/street children, vagabonds, orphans, the disabled people and their families and communities suffering from extreme poverty to help them reach their full potential and lead a more fulfilling life free from poverty.

ACODO has assisted street, poor, garbage children orphans, the disabled and indigent families and also provided people both children and teenagers foreign languages and specialist skills although they are not orphans and the disabled staying in ACODO to respond to the lack of informal education in Cambodia.

Foreign languages are English, Japanese, Korean, and German. Specialist skills or short courses are Hotel and tourism, Hotel Accounting, Front office, Food & Beverage, Restaurant and bar, Marketing Management, Management and leadership, Finance and banking, Computer course, Administration, Law, International relations, Political science, and Accounting.
 
Furthermore, ACODO has provided them social teaching such as Human rights education, Health Care education, and Environment education in accordance with the requirements in the society, social work. 
 
The orphans and the disabled were assisted with meals three times a day, study supplies (books, pens, pencils, etc.) and things used daily (clothes, shoes, etc.). Moreover they are assisted with study in state school and life skills (foreign languages and specialist courses) in ACODO.
