- “Assisting Cambodian Orphans and The Disabled Organization” has its central office which is located at Group 5, Watsvay Village, Sangkat Salakamrek, Siem Reap Town, Siem Reap Province, the Kingdom of Cambodia , and its subsidiary offices located in other provinces in the Kingdom of Cambodia. ACODO is a Non-Governmental Organization and is able to relocate if necessary circumstances arise.

- “Assisting Cambodian Orphans and The Disabled Organization”  is a Non-Governmental Organization, political neutral, non-prejudice of race, colours and religion. It does not support any particular political party nor does it receive contributions (either material or financial) from any political candidate. ACODO serves only benefit of the public.

- “Assisting Cambodian Orphans and The Disabled Organization” was established by a well intended selfless group of Cambodian people on the 1st of January 2008 with its influence stretching over Cambodia nationwide.

It’s easy to find ACODO’s Orphanage.

ACODO new address is at Group 5, Watsvay Village, Sangkat Salakamrek, Siem Reap Town, Siem Reap Province, the Kingdom of Cambodia. Our new place is much more better than the old one - it is located next to the main road to Tonle Sap / Phnom Krom (a busy road with tourists visiting Tonle Sap lake and coming from other provinces by boat). It is also very near to the town (1200m from Pub Street / Old Market) and much more easier to find so tourists can come and visit us on food or by bicycle. It is more easier than this, you can look at the Map!




The performance is free and is at our school /  orphanage only $3 transportation from town. It is 6:30 pm every evening and it goes for one hour. The dancing is incredibly good and these amazing children (68 of whom live in one small room with only 2 long bamboo platforms for beds)dance with so much enthusiasm and pride. You love it! Of course donations are accepted after the show and these are vitally important to this Organisation.

ACODO has assisted street, poor, garbage children orphans, the disabled and indigent families and also provided people both children and teenagers foreign languages and specialist skills although they are not orphans and the disabled staying in ACODO to respond to the lack of informal education in Cambodia.
 
Foreign languages are English, Japanese, Korean, and German. Specialist skills or short courses are Hotel and tourism, Hotel Accounting, Front office, Food & Beverage, Restaurant and bar, Marketing Management, Management and leadership, Finance and banking, Computer course, Administration, Law, International relations, Political science, and Accounting.
 
Furthermore, ACODO has provided them social teaching such as Human rights education, Health Care education, and Environment education in accordance with the requirements in the society, social work. The orphans and the disabled were assisted with meals three times a day, study supplies (books, pens, pencils, etc.) and things used daily (clothes, shoes, etc.).
 
Moreover they are assisted with study in state school and life skills (foreign languages and specialist courses) in ACODO.
