Information | Workshop for Vocational Training Centre
The workshop is located in ACODO headquarters. It is a place to educate the disabled, poor children and orphans on vocational skills such as sculpture, painting, weaving, sewing, etc. The workshop is built from wood and the roof is covered with canvas. It is built next to the headquarters building on the left. It has wood and stone sculpture tools such as variouse types of chisels, mallets, handsaws, files, drills, planes, pliers, sandpapers, etc. It also has looms and tailoring machines. The workshop must be built because ACODO has a vocational skill project. The main purpose of building this workshop is focused on educating the disabled and orphans to have their own vocational skills so they are able to feed themselves in the future, and to reduce poorness in society. Now there are many disabled people and orphans learning these vocational skills in ACODO workshop.
